In Aril 2013 I completed my second major trek, visiting  the Annapurna  region of Nepal where I undertook and completed the Annapurna Sanctuary, also known as the Annapurna Base Camp Trek,  trekking from Phedi at 1130m (near Pokhara) all the way up to Annapurna Base Camp at 4130 m and back down ending the trek in Nayapul at 1070m and then a short drive to Pokhara and then  a short flight from there back to Khatmandu
